How dealer approval works
The other marketplaces in this niche let anyone create an account, and one of them carries a public scam warning on its own homepage. That is the problem we exist to fix, so approval happens before anything is visible, not after a complaint.
Businesses only
You apply with your business name, company number and contact details. Private sellers can't list here.
A person reviews every application
We look at each application ourselves before approving it, usually within 2 working days. You can load your stock while you wait.
Then the badge, and only then
The verified badge appears only once we've approved a dealer. Dealers can't add it themselves, and it disappears the moment an account is suspended.
What it means for buyers
A verified badge means we reviewed and approved this seller as a UK business. It is not a guarantee about anything listed. That is still worth checking yourself, and we explain how. What it does mean is that there is an accountable business behind the listing.
Suspended or rejected dealers lose visibility immediately. Their listings come down with the badge, rather than being left up while an appeal runs.
