Buying used ball washers
This category covers two types of machine. Range ball washers clean large volumes of balls between picking and dispensing, and may include a conveyor or elevator. Tee-side ball washers are simple units players use on the course.
On range machines, check the brushes, drum or auger for wear, the motor, the pump and water system, and any conveyor or elevator. Look for corrosion and ask whether the machine has been drained over winter to avoid frost damage. Check the electrics are safe and suitable for your supply.
On tee-side washers, check the housings, paddles, brushes and posts for damage. Ask the dealer about capacity, power requirements and any spares included, and contact them directly for details.
