Buying used golf buggies
Golf buggies carry players and staff around the course. Electric models are quiet and popular for rental fleets, while petrol models offer more range and suit hilly courses and heavy use.
On electric buggies, battery health is the main check: ask the age of the batteries, whether they are lead-acid or lithium, and whether the charger is included. On petrol models, check the engine, clutch and drive belts. On any buggy, look at the tyres, brakes, steering, roof, windscreen and bodywork.
